"Krishna Kagrana: A Valuable Team Member at AnswerForce"
Krishna Kagrana is a fantastic addition to AnswerForce. He worked closely with me to really get a grip on our business model, and he was super patient and helpful in guiding me through the answer service process and the script.

We needed to tweak our scripting and figure out how to sift through genuine customer leads versus fake inquiries. Krishna walked me through the necessary updates and shared some great suggestions on what questions to ask callers, plus he improved the steps that work better for the AnswerForce team.

Big thanks to Krishna and to AnswerForce for the top-notch service!

"Exceptional Service: A Review of My Account"
We've been using AnswerForce for several years now. Throughout this time, we've made adjustments to our script and how we deliver services. It was about time to take a look at things since some aspects weren't being directed properly. Totally get it, considering all the tweaks we've done! Krishna has dedicated the last couple of weeks to assist me in getting our account sorted out and back on track. He's honestly one of the most patient and kind folks I've had the joy of working with. Plus, he really knows his stuff! And let me tell ya, AnswerForce is super user-friendly.

"Working with Answerforce has been great!"
Teaming up with Answerforce has been a real treat. I made the switch from MC3. They were decent and pretty quick to respond. My Center Directors sometimes thought they were missing out on leads. I chatted with another owner of multiple centers who was using Answerforce, and she was quite pleased. It's about half the monthly cost, and so far, the Center Directors haven't had any issues.

I've discovered that AnswerForce is always dependable, giving me some peace of mind for those moments when we can't answer calls after hours. Their reps are solid whenever there are mistakes, and the website is straightforward and simple to use. I appreciate being able to tweak scripts and set my availability, and I haven't run into any significant problems yet.
